Upstairs features two additional bedrooms with a connecting bathroom, and a substantial primary suite which overlooks the top deck, and offers a large ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and double vanity. On the ground level you will find a substantially sized 2 car garage with plenty of space for beach supplies and bikes, along with an outdoor shower.
