Rent the top three floors of "Shiphouse," an award -winning modernist house in the ocean block of Fenwick Island with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In addition, there is an outside shower and powder room convenient for kids on the beach. The house is very well located, just a half-block to the beach and close walking distance to Fenwick Island's restaurants and entertainment. You'll never have to move your car. The house has all the amenities: Central A/C, W/D, dishwasher, internet, 3 TV's with Xfinity, 2 balconies, and ample parking on the property. There is a rear entry apartment on the first level that is separately and occasionally occupied. As with all of our properties no smoking and no pets. Sleeps 11: 2nd floor - two sets of bunks (4), queen with trundle (3), hall bath, and queen with en suite and TV (2). 3rd floor - living room with TV, dining area, kitchen, half-bath and deck. 4th floor - king (2) with en suite, TV, laundry area, and deck. The "Shiphouse" is a perfect summer getaway
