Furnishings, bedding, window treatments, appliances, electronics and kitchen supplies were replaced and plenty of outdoor furniture. A second refrigerators is available outside on ground level. No pets please. Located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this gated community offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, oceanfront and oceanside multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean, breathe in the fresh ocean air and soak up the sunshine in the outdoor living space. Conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach where you can explore the shoppes, experience casual or fine dining and enjoy the boardwalk activities. The Preserve requires a community fee of $100 per week. No pets please. Amenities: Outdoor community pool and tennis courts.
