This historic home was built in 1903 by one of the founding families of Bethany Beach! The same family owners have preserved many of the original charming details. Despite its age, it is in nice shape with updated bathrooms and a terrific wrap-around screened porch on the front and sides of the home. The house is just 1.5 blocks from the beach, and there is a large yard with lots of space to play. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. The bedroom on the 1st floor has a bunkbed but can only use the bottom bunk. 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 2 twins and a double Another room has 1 queen and 1 twin and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The full bath is upstairs with the 3 bedrooms and it only has a shower, no tub. There are A/C units in each bedroom. The floors and all of the woodwork are the original hardwood with area rugs. There are 1 queen, 1 double, and 5 single beds. It sleeps 9 people. Parking for 5 cars.
